Members Portal

What is the Member Portal?

The Member Wizard Member Portal gives members access to be able to manage their membership with <Your Organisation>.

Members can update their contact details, pay any outstanding invoices, view their statement, pay their membership renewal and manage their enrollment in any classes or events and view any documents <Your Organisation> shares with it's members.

The member can also view and enroll in classes or events, view their current enrolment status, and advise of any absence from a class. A student can also contact their class tutor or request to be withdrawn from a class.

How do I set up my Member Portal?

Once you have joined <Your Organisation> you can register for access to your Member Portal.

Click the Member Portal button below and select the Register link to the right of the screen.

Select to enter with either the email address registered with <Your Organisation> or with your Member Number. If you share your email address with another person who is also a member of <U3A name> you will need to register with your Member Number. If you do not know your member number please contact <Your Organisation> via the Contact Us page of this website.

Once you have submitted either your email address or your member number do not leave the registration page, you will be emailed a security code. Once you have copied this code into the field indicated you will be asked to create a password or PIN.

You will then be able to access your Member Portal. In future you only need to enter your email address or member number (depending on the method you chose to register with) and your password.

Should you forget your password you will need to repeat the process and reset your password.
